2. Che cosa offriamo
Vestraluna offre letture astrologiche personalizzate a voce (in particolare letture di sinastria, ossia sul rapporto tra due carte natali), della durata indicativa di venti minuti, erogate a distanza. Il servizio è offerto esclusivamente a scopo di intrattenimento (vedi il Disclaimer, che è parte integrante di questi Termini).
3. Requisiti
Il servizio è riservato a persone maggiorenni (18+). Prenotando dichiari di avere almeno 18 anni e di inserire i dati della seconda persona sotto la tua responsabilità, al solo fine del calcolo astrologico della lettura.
4. Prenotazione ed erogazione
- Dopo il pagamento ricevi, all'email usata per il pagamento ed entro 24 ore, l'invito con le modalità e le opzioni di giorno e ora della lettura.
- Se non ti presenti alla lettura concordata, puoi riprogrammarla una volta senza costi scrivendo a [email protected].
- Possiamo rifiutare o annullare una prenotazione (con rimborso integrale) per motivi tecnici od organizzativi.
5. Prezzi e pagamento
Il prezzo è indicato sul sito prima del pagamento ed è espresso in euro, imposte incluse ove applicabili. I pagamenti sono elaborati da Stripe; non trattiamo né conserviamo i dati della tua carta.
6. Recesso e rimborsi
- Puoi annullare la lettura in qualsiasi momento prima che venga erogata, con rimborso integrale: basta un'email a [email protected].
- Prenotando chiedi espressamente che il servizio venga erogato entro il periodo di recesso di 14 giorni; una volta che la lettura è stata erogata per intero, il diritto di recesso si esaurisce (art. 16, lett. a, Direttiva 2011/83/UE).
- Se la lettura non viene erogata per causa nostra, ricevi il rimborso integrale.
7. Uso corretto del servizio
Ti impegni a usare il servizio in modo lecito e rispettoso. Ci riserviamo di interrompere una lettura in caso di comportamenti offensivi o abusivi (in tal caso il compenso non è rimborsato) e di segnalare alle autorità eventuali contenuti illeciti.
8. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, la nostra responsabilità complessiva verso di te è limitata all'importo pagato per la lettura in questione. Nulla in questi Termini limita i diritti che ti spettano in modo inderogabile come consumatore, né la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave.
9. Proprietà intellettuale
Il sito, i testi, l'audio e il marchio Vestraluna sono di CR OÜ o dei rispettivi licenzianti. La lettura è per il tuo uso personale.
10. Legge applicabile e foro
Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge estone. Restano salve le norme imperative di tutela dei consumatori del tuo paese di residenza abituale, incluso il diritto di agire davanti ai tribunali di quel paese. Piattaforma ODR della Commissione Europea: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

1. Who we are
The Vestraluna service (vestraluna.com) is provided by CR OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (reg. no. 16778262). Contact: [email protected].
2. What we offer
Vestraluna provides personalised astrology readings by voice (in particular synastry readings on the relationship between two birth charts), of approximately twenty minutes, delivered remotely. The service is offered strictly for entertainment purposes (see the Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms).
3. Eligibility
The service is for adults (18+) only. By booking you confirm you are at least 18 and that you provide the second person's details under your own responsibility, solely for the astrological calculation of the reading.
4. Booking and delivery
- After payment you will receive, at the email used for payment and within 24 hours, an invitation with the arrangements and scheduling options for your reading.
- If you miss your scheduled reading, you may reschedule once free of charge by writing to [email protected].
- We may decline or cancel a booking (with a full refund) for technical or organisational reasons.
5. Prices and payment
The price is shown on the site before payment, in euros, inclusive of taxes where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never handle or store your card details.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
- You may cancel your reading at any time before it is delivered, with a full refund — just email [email protected].
- By booking you expressly request performance of the service within the 14-day withdrawal period; once the reading has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal is exhausted (Art. 16(a), Directive 2011/83/EU).
- If the reading is not delivered for reasons attributable to us, you receive a full refund.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. We may end a reading in the event of offensive or abusive behaviour (in which case the fee is not refunded) and report unlawful content to the authorities.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the reading concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights, or liability for intent or gross negligence.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its texts, audio and the Vestraluna brand belong to CR OÜ or its licensors. Your reading is for your personal use.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected, including your right to bring proceedings there. EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
